My Story
My journey into motherhood was far from seamless. Birth, breastfeeding, and returning to work were harder than I imagined. But in those moments, I realised I was shaping a little life — and my own.
Those early days felt lonely, so I dreamt of a space that felt like home — where mothers could connect, share, and feel understood.
As a mental health professional, I’ve seen how early childhood shapes resilience. That inspired me to parent intentionally — to value emotions, play, and presence. Each day, I practise mindful parenting so my children grow up with the tools I only discovered later in life.
